    Wax Pattern and Shell Building

    Wax patterns are produced using precision injection tooling or 3D printing, assembled on a tree, coated with ceramic slurry, and built up to the required shell thickness before the wax is melted out.

    Metal Pouring and Solidification

    The preheated ceramic shell is filled with molten metal under controlled conditions. After solidification, the shell is broken away and parts are removed from the tree, with in-process checks throughout.

    Finishing, Inspection, and Delivery

    Each casting is cleaned, machined if required, and finished to spec, then inspected. We are the importer of record and coordinate freight to your dock with a Certificate of Conformance.
